- Step 1: AssessmentAs you begin to work with our team, we will perform a thorough assessment of your request to fully understand your situation. With that, we can identify your problems and form our approach to solving your issue as soon as possible to reduce interruptions to your work.
- Step 2: Maintenance & Support Once we have assessed the problem at hand, we will propose a method of solution and notify you with the resources needed. Then, our team will begin the maintenance and support phase after an agreement from both parties. With that, faulty equipment or systems can return to operating optimally for maximum efficiency, or projects can be handled with proper methods.
- Step 3: Future PlanningFollowing our maintenance and support phase, we can further prolong the stability and efficiency of your equipment and systems by offering future checkups as well as provide advice in planning, to ensure your resources are utilized to their fullest.
Our Team
This team of 105 engineers nationwide is equipped with a wide range of knowledge from cross-sections of other industries, alongside certifications such as MCSE, DCSE, Master DCSE, CCNA, APS, HP and APS. Above all, they have 18 years of experience in support service environments and are fully HP and NOISH certified for manufacturing environments.
